Workforce Fairness Coalition helps unite and grow members businesses and the region

The mpls downtown council partners with more than two dozen local organizations as part of the Workforce Fairness Coalition, which is a group of businesses, nonprofits and organizations committed to keeping Minneapolis an innovative, progressive workforce leader. The Minneapolis PROUD initiative supports ensuring families and employers are able to create flexible work environments that benefit everyone.
