Eide Bailly Renews Lease for Minneapolis Office in U.S. Bancorp Center, Expands Presence and Streamlines Operations in Downtown Hub

Eide Bailly, a national certified public accounting and business advisory firm with revenue of $617m, is pleased to announce that the Minneapolis office has renewed its lease and will remain in the U.S. Bancorp Center in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. The decision was made in collaboration with Eide Bailly; CBRE, tenant representative; and Newmark, landlord representative on behalf of Piedmont Office Realty Trust, building owner.

Additionally, Eide Bailly is streamlining its operations by closing their Bloomington and Plymouth office locations. All employees from these offices will join the Minneapolis office, further strengthening their presence in the city.
