be the match looks to set world record

On March 1, Be The Match will support Chris and Dillon in an attempt to set a World Record by registering the most marrow donors within 24 hours.

Chris and Dillon  created a bucket list after Chris was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukemia and given one year to live.

One of the items on Chris and Dillon’s bucket list is to set a World Record.

A marrow transplant is the only treatment that could potentially save Chris’s life, but he needs to find a genetic match on the Be The Match Registry. Currently he is searching the registry and waiting to hear if he has a match.

When patients are in need of an unrelated marrow match, their doctors turn to our registry for potential donors.
