Downtown Bike Ride to Car-Free MSP with Joyful Riders Club

In celebration of both World Car-Free Day and the Car-Free MSP campaign, join us for a 7-mile social ride along the west side of the Mississippi River!
We’ll meet at Graze Provisions + Libations at 4:30 p.m. and kick off at 5 p.m. Our pace will be an estimated 8–10 mph, though we’ll ride at a speed that keeps everyone together.
Our destination is Move Minneapolis’ Car-Free MSP celebration at Wabun Picnic Shelter A, for conversation about sustainable transportation, delicious food (taco bar?!), and lawn games. This destination event is family- and kid-friendly!
We’ll be heading back to downtown Minneapolis after the celebration if you want friends to ride back with you! Make sure to bring lights for the trip home, as the sun sets earlier in September.
