Summer in Downtown Parks

On Wednesday, June 5th, make your way to The Commons for a day packed with fun, music, games, and all-around good vibes. It’s going to be epic!

• Noon – Concert at the Commons: Take a break from the daily grind and join us for a lunchtime jam session! Picture yourself lounging on the green grass, soaking up the sun, and grooving to some awesome tunes. It’s the perfect way to welcome the summer season!
• 4 – 8 PM: Let the games begin! Get ready for an afternoon of non-stop action with our active games extravaganza. From cornhole to bocce, grass pickleball to kubb, there’s something for everyone. Expect laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of memorable moments.
• 5 – 7 PM: Calling all roller-skate enthusiasts! Twin Cities Skaters will be rolling into town with 100 pairs of skates in all sizes. Whether you’re a pro or a newbie, grab some wheels and join the party! DJ Presto and DJ Ju!ce will be spinning the tunes, so get ready to groove.
• 8:30 PM: Cap off the evening with a special screening of “Ratatouille” as part of our Kick-off to Movies in the Park, sponsored by Chloe by Vincent and Restore Restaurant Holdings. Snuggle up under the stars with your favorite snacks and enjoy this timeless classic on the big screen. It’s the perfect way to end a perfect day.
• Throughout the day: Fuel up with mouthwatering treats from local food trucks. From savory to sweet, there’s a flavor for every craving. Eat, drink, and soak in the summer vibes! This celebration is all about laughter, music, games, and coming together as a community.
