Last fall, something remarkable happened in downtown Minneapolis. For two nights, David Byrne of Talking Heads performed at the Orpheum Theatre, while Purple Rain flickered across the street at the State. The
Minneapolis Downtown Council and partners invite you to join us for our next Downtown by Design Forum on Foundational Safety as we take a deep dive into what a safe downtown for all looks like. We will hear from a panel of experts with lived experience related to the work of our At-Risk Populations subcommittee.

Youth Coordinating Board
Street Voices of Change
3:30 pm – registration, networking, and refreshments
