Community Yoga: Meeting the Mat Where You Are

This multi-level yoga class is designed to build strength, balance and mindfulness to reconnect our body and mind through movement and breath. It is beneficial for people in recovery, and also for people seeking a full-body workout to work out the kinks from so much sitting and stressing.

Instructor Nancy Monroe is a yoga instructor through certification with YogaFit and Y12SR, a 12-Step yoga program.

You may park for free in Westminster Presbyterian Church’s underground garage and the event will be held in the rec room. Masks are required. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible. Nancy will have a few extras, just in case. All are welcome, but we’re especially excited to welcome downtown workers and residents so please feel free to extend this invitation to those folks you know who may fit those categories!
