Adoption: The Making of Me Live Podast Event and Adoptee weekend

Join ATMOM for a weekend of community featuring a live podcast, a solo performer, a panel, two documentary shorts, and a comedy performance.

Friday evening, September 11th, Sarah and Louise of Adoption: The Making of Me will have their live podcast interview with a guest (tbd) to kick off the weekend. Kristal Parke, creator of the documentary Because She’s Adopted, will be the evening’s host.

Start time is 6:00 PM at Open Book. Doors will open at 5:30 PM. Please be on time.

Afterward, we’ll gather for food and connection at nearby Day Block Brewery in a private area. While everyone will be covering their own meal costs, make sure not to miss it – it’s a great way to connect with fellow attendees.

Saturday, September 12th, Damon Davis of the Who Am I Really? podcast will be the day’s emcee and moderator! Jeff Forney of the Innocent People Project will be on hand for pictures with Adoptees!

Doors open at 9:30 AM with programming beginning at 10:00 AM.
