Chameleon is focused on providing short- and long-term opportunities for local BIPOC and woman-owned local small businesses. Since Chameleon launched in 2019, it has hosted several pop-up shops that featured makers collectively coming together and bringing retail to a collective space. Examples include pop-up retail at Gaviidae Common during the NCAA Final Four in 2019, Mercado Latino featuring Latino-owned small businesses at Gaviidae Common in 2021 and 2022, and the Holiday Village at Young Quinlan in 2022.
